Maestro 2.0 Splicing Press: the digital era in splicing

Mit der Spleißausrüstung Maestro 2.0 hat Ammeraal Beltech im Hinblick auf die kritischen Aspekte des Spleißprozesses – hohe Qualität, Effizienz, Geschwindigkeit, Präzision und einfache Bedienung – einen großen Fortschritt erzielt. 

Das einzigartige Maestro 2.0 Konzept bestätigt Ammeraal Beltech als führenden Anbieter von universellen Spleißausrüstungen weltweit. Das kompakte Design erleichtert die Installation in engen Bereichen. Modular aufgebaut und damit leichter als andere Verbindungssysteme auf dem Markt, lässt es sich dank seiner Rollen auch einfach im Werk transportieren.

New controller.

Developed in 2 options (internal and external; please note that the internal controller is not currently available until further notice) with big touch screen HMI and low energy Bluetooth connection with the APP, the new controller is delivered with various power cables for different requirements. 

The Controller contains: 

• Power transformer 110V-480VAC 

• 24VDC for controller operation, cooling fans and compressor 

It controls automatically: 

• Splice plate temperatures 

• Air cooling 

• Pressure 

• Bolt tightening 

The External controller is packed in a secure case.

New app.

Designed with a user-friendly interface and compatible with Android and iOS (coming soon), the new APP ensures a smooth and intuitive experience for all users. 

Customization is key, which is why Maestro 2.0 App allows you to incorporate local splice recipes tailored to your specific requirements in addition to all of the Ammeraal synthetic belts data already included in the splice database. 

Recipe database will be maintained and automatically updated from the APP. Splice data is stored and forwarded for analysis and traceability. 

The versatility of the app extends to offline functionality through low-energy Bluetooth connectivity. It can operate without internet access, ensuring uninterrupted productivity even in remote locations or areas with poor network coverage.
