ZipLock offers an ideal solution for situations where minimizing belt replacement time is crucial, such as in airports and distribution centers, but also tire, corrugated board production, recycling plants.

Specifically designed for use in hard-to-reach areas, ZipLock eliminates the need for traditional mechanical belt fasteners, whether metal or plastic. These conventional fasteners can often introduce issues like noise, irregular belt movement, and potential damage to the belt load.

To ensure we provide the best solution portfolio, we are extending the range to now include a thinner Ziplock. The needs of the paper and logistics industries call for thinner, 2.3 mm belts, particularly for belt fastening applications and for endlessing the belt without the press. While it was previously not possible with the medium loop spiral fabric, which has a thickness 2.4 mm, now it is possible.

The new 589365 Flexam Ziplock type features small loop spiral fabric is just 1.8 mm thick, leading to increased ease of replacement and installation, as well as better cost-efficiency.

Choose Ziplock for easy belt installation and repairs!

To ensure we provide belts that meet the  industry standards and to accommodate our ever-expanding range of chains and components, we are excited to introduce the latest addition to our modular belting lineup – uni ITB (Industrial Thick Belt).

This belt is meant for heavy loads in abrasive environments where wear and impact resistance are crucial for productivity and streamlined operations.  It is easy to mount thanks to the uni Lockpin system and even easier when complemented with UltraFit® two-part sprockets. ITB can also run on standard sprockets.

The belt’s pitch is 1.0″ and the thickness equals 0.5″. A smaller pitch minimises the polygonal effect, reducing tension fluctuations and enabling smaller inline transfer gaps for precise and consistent product conveying.

The heavy-duty thickness significantly boosts load capacity, ensuring it can withstand the wear of the most demanding manufacturing processes.

Top surface flatness enhances product stability and the solid closed hinge on the underside of the link enhances the belt’s wear resistance, and weight distribution.

The uni ITB can smoothly run in both directions.

UltraFit® Two-part sprocket system – how does it work?

As mentioned before, uni ITB can run on UltraFit® two-part sprockets.

The UltraFit® system saves time and cuts costs with its built-in interchangeable adapters, ensuring perfect sprocket alignment across the belt width. These adapters come in two sizes: 25.0 mm (0.98 in) and 76.0 mm (2.99 in). Additionally, for the ITB, the UltraFit® is available with 16, 18, and 21 teeth, featuring adapters that fit both Metric and Imperial bore sizes for compatibility with most existing systems.

UltraFit® system offers several key benefits, including quick and simple sprocket installation or replacement, and easy belt re-alignment for improved performance, thanks to its adapters. The belt replacement can be done by just one person, eliminating the need for heavy lifting and increasing safety. The system ensures outstanding performance and reliability, increasing efficiency while reducing maintenance costs.

The belt can be up and running in 30 minutes!

Conveyor systems are the backbone of fruit and vegetable processing plants, ensuring a smooth, continuous product flow. However, these systems are not foolproof and for food processors, this risk is unacceptable.

At first glance, inclined finger cleats may seem like just another accessory of a conveyor belt. However, it’s thanks to them that fruit and vegetables don’t fall off in inclined conveyors and can be safely transported in dry bins or in the line outfeed.

The latest addition to the Ammeraal Beltech portfolio, inclined finger cleats h 100 mm, ensure maximum food safety and efficiency in fruit and vegetable processing lines. They fully meet the international EU and FDA regulations. Their unique design – with no central pin – enhances the cleats’ durability and minimizes the risk of breakage, making them an invaluable addition to any food processing conveyor system.

Reduced risk of breakage means less chance of broken cleat parts making their way into food. This is crucial for maintaining high food safety standards and avoiding costly recalls.

Designed to handle delicate items like fruits and vegetables, these cleats ensure that products are correctly positioned and gently handled. This reduces bruising and damage, preserving the quality of the food and ensuring a correct shelf life.
