Energy Saving and longer belt life

An innovative, energy saving, and sustainable conveyor belting solution for today’s challenging and demanding airports and logistics industries, AMMdurance, is appropriately being launched by global belting manufacturer Ammeraal Beltech on Stand 1570 B5 at Inter Airport Europe.

AMMdurance belts bring ground-breaking new engineered functionalities for energy savings, high performance and endurance.

A trio of prime benefits
AMMdurance brings a trio of valuable new elements to the conveyor belting process of today.

  • First and foremost, its specially-developed dry fabric coating drastically reduces friction, resulting in consistent energy savings.
  • Secondly, unlike silicone, its dry fabric coating protects the underside of the belt from contamination, and from pollution and subsequent shrinkage which minimises maintenance and downtime.
  • Thirdly, AMMdurance belts will resultantly reward users with lower total costs – and higher profitability.

More energy savings, same industry-favourite low-noise performance

With airports and logistic companies facing growing pressure to reduce energy consumption and emissions, AMMdurance belting represents a unique sustainability solution that does not in any way compromise performance or profitability. Importantly, it does not compromise the low-noise performance of Ammeraal Beltech belting that has been recognised and valued by airports and logistics companies around the world for many years.

Ammeraal Beltech’s extensive global ‘One-Stop Belt Shop’ portfolio will also feature on the company’s stand at Inter Airport Europe, where the Ammeraal Beltech technical team will be looking forward to discussing visitors’ task-specific needs.

Energy-Efficient Belting

Process and conveyor belting solutions must meet the highest performance standards in the complex, extended, and necessarily secure environment that is an airport – so Ammeraal Beltech’s up-to-the-minute, global range of solutions for the industry are the proven partners.

The Ammeraal Beltech team will be ready on Stand 1570, Hall B5 in Munich to advise visitors about the best belting solutions for their specific conveying challenges — be it for baggage check-in, scanning, transportation, sorting or loading – and, importantly, to introduce new thinking on energy-efficient solutions.

The show will be the location for the launch of major new developments in this sphere for Ammeraal Beltech, bringing ground breaking energy-saving products to a range that already includes some of the most trusted and used belts in the industry.

Inter Airport Logo

The range of established products in Ammeraal Beltech’s ‘One-Stop Belt Shop’ portfolio are already extensively used in major airports around the world, and the company’s stand at Inter Airport Europe 2019 is designed to provide both a reference source and a source of ideas for visitors’ task-specific design solutions for airport belting.

Ammeraal Beltech are showing their extensive range of conveyor belting solutions for the textile and garment technology industry at ITMA in Barcelona, 20-26 June, on Stand A104 in Hall 7. Their globally-available products are recognised enablers for all the different processes involved in handling textiles — from fibre preparation to textile printing, garment fusing, and lamination — and are today to be found in almost every type of machine involved in textile production.

Matching industry innovation
Today’s textile processing industry is focussed very much on innovation in every end-use sector, from anti-bacterial surgical gowns to breathable fabrics for athletes and printed t-shirts. Ammeraal Beltech contribute to uniform, high-output, cost-effective results across the field with up-to-the-minute and wide-ranging belting solutions. Their process and conveyor belts — flat belts, modular belts, endless woven belts, timing belts, as well as specially-engineered belts – are a popular choice in the nonwovens sector in particular, where their smooth, antistatic surfaces and lateral stability properties are much appreciated. For yarn-spinning and finishing applications, the RAPPLON® tangential belts and spindle tapes contribute high-performance results in terms of maximum output, extended lifetime and uniform yarn quality.

ITMA 2019

The company’s focussed textile industry technical team will be on hand at ITMA to discuss stand visitors’ needs and wants, and to demonstrate their products in action.

Ammeraal Beltech, world-leading conveyor belt suppliers, are exhibiting at the international trade show for woodworking and wood processing plant, machinery, and tools — LIGNA, 27 – 31 May 2019, in Hanover.

Moving the product
One of the major concerns of wood processing industries is moving the product around during production processes or readying for shipment – and conveyor belts are key enablers in this respect. The work environment also requires belts that are durable, reliable and easy to clean and service. Ammeraal Beltech’s wide range of solutions and reputation for high-quality belts that deliver precision performance over a long lifetime, along with its global service network, have made them the choice for reliable and safe processing performance.

ZipLink® : innovative results with wood panels
The combination of wood fibers and resins, together with high temperatures and often high pressure applications, presents serious challenges for the conveyor belts used by panel board manufacturers. The innovative high-performance ZipLink® belting range optimises production time for, eg, MDF, HDF, particle board, OSB, and plywood. Easy to install, the belts’ construction has been formulated for optimal operative quality and reduced maintenance and downtime. It also eliminates splice failures and possible damage — both to transported products, and to machine parts such as drums and slider beds. ZipLink® belts are already proven partners for such tasks as grinding, sanding, polishing, sawing, painting and pre-compressing.

LIGNA

‘One-Stop Belt Shop’
Visitors to LIGNA will also be able to explore the wide range of options in Ammeraal Beltech’s established and well-recognised ‘One-Stop Belt Shop’, serving a multiplicity of tasks and industries, and the technical team look forward to discussing visitors’ needs and wants on Stand B78 in Hall 26 at LIGNA in Hanover.
