Slider bed supports are constructed with hard, smooth, wear-resistant material, such as hardwood, hard plastic or steel. The latter material is most commonly used, the upper side of a flanged, sheet steel frame forming the support. This type of support is used where a smooth conveyance is essential, for example for small, light or fragile items.
All our belts with bare fabric (0), impregnated back side (00) and fine square pyramid (A18) profile can be used on flat slider beds.

Pop-up flight doet precies wat de naam zegt. Het komt omhoog aan de voet van de transportbandhelling om het voedsel te ondersteunen terwijl het omhoog beweegt over de lift, en houdt het stabiel. Zodra het product met succes is gelost, klapt de meenemer weer naar beneden zodat een automatische schraper de band kan reinigen – wat met namelijk handig is voor plakkerige, kleverige voedingsproducten. Zo hoeft u geen kostbaar verspild product van de vloer te vegen wanneer de band aan de retourweg begint.
Bovendien is het eenvoudig om onze Pop-up flight te integreren in uw bestaande uni MPB modulaire bandsysteem – er zijn geen secundaire aandrijfmotoren of complexe besturingen nodig. Het is bovendien eenvoudig te onderhouden en draagt aanzienlijk bij aan de fabrieksveiligheid en -hygiëne.
